The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tangerang, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for leading the development of visual concepts and designs for digital and print campaigns, including brand assets, marketing materials, social media content, and presentations. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketers and strategists to translate business objectives into compelling visuals, maintain and evolve brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and brand identities, creating layouts and typography systems, providing art direction, and reviewing design work to uphold quality standards. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, managing project timelines, and contributing to creative brainstorming and campaign planning.

Proficiency in English is required, as the role involves regular communication and collaboration with regional teams and clients.

• Strong visual design skills, supported by a portfolio showcasing both digital and print work, are essential.
• Proficiency in typography, with the ability to choose and apply type that supports brand tone and readability.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of digital marketing and social media formats.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes. Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
