Get to Know the Team

Grab Design Studio Team is responsible for all design and visual outputs (visual captions, OOH, logo, and branding) related to marketing for Grab. We aim to drive business growth through visual assets and are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact and provide a fresh and innovative visual breakthrough for Grab.

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a designer to translate marketing briefs into marketing items that foster growth. You will design for all marketing campaigns at Grab, branding activities, and layouts for offline marketing, while monitoring their effectiveness. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a strong Grab brand presence at the national, regional, and competitor analysis levels. Reporting to the manager, you will work on-site at our head office in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage your tasks as a design lead independently, identifying processes and maximizing output.
• Understand the goals of medium-sized briefs and provide creative solutions to meet those goals.
• Document your design results and use insights for future projects.
• Create compelling and insightful design concepts for complex briefs.
• Stay updated with the latest work from related and broader fields such as film, music, literature, and marketing.
• Initiate discussions with partners independently and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communications, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in product, graphic design, or related fields, preferably in agency or tech industries.
• Experience designing for non-digital (logo, KV template, OOH) and digital platforms (web, mobile apps, enterprise solutions).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Knowledge of design systems, frameworks, and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
