Job summary

PT FAN INTEGRASI TEKNOLOGI seeks an experienced Backend Developer specializing in Golang to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.

You will build RESTful APIs and microservices, collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers, and ensure high performance, security, and reliability of our backend systems. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Backend Developer with 5 years Go hands-on
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and backend Design Patterns
• Proficient in Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB)
• Experienced in developing and managing RESTful API and/or gRPC
• Good knowledge of Message Brokers, such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Support system integration and deployment activities
