Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is looking for a senior geologist with a minimum of 15 years in oil and gas, focused on development and production geology. A geology degree is required, and Indonesian asset experience is a strong advantage.

You will lead integrated geological evaluations using well, log, seismic, and production data, develop reservoir models, and support field development planning and post-well analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Geological Sciences, Geoscience, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas experience in development/production geology.
• Strong experience with producing fields and field development projects.
• Experience supporting drilling operations and post-well evaluation.
• Experience with FDP/POD, reserves assessments, and annual work programs.
• Mature-field redevelopment and production optimization experience preferred.
• Indonesia asset and regulatory/PSC environment experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform integrated geological evaluation of producing oil and gas fields using well, log, seismic, production, and pressure data.
• Develop and maintain understanding of reservoir structure, stratigraphy, depositional environment, facies, and reservoir quality.
• Build, update, and quality-control geological frameworks and static reservoir models for development decisions.
• Perform well correlation, structural interpretation, reservoir mapping, thickness mapping, and volumetric assessment.
• Integrate geological interpretation with reservoir engineering and production data to identify potential development opportunities.
• Generate new well, infill drilling, sidetrack, recompletion, and workover opportunities with geological justification.
• Provide geological support during drilling operations and participate in real-time well evaluation and geosteering as required.
• Prepare FDP, POD, reserves/resource evaluations, and subsurface development strategies with clear documentation.
