The role

We are looking for a Senior Garment Tech Supervisor who can ensure that all export-bound garments meet international compliance standards (such as ASOS, Urban Outfitters, and others). This role involves overseeing multiple QC checkpoints, driving the implementation of corrective actions, and ensuring factory readiness for audits and third-party inspections.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ASOS/Urban-standard QC processes at all CMTs
• Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections aligned with AQL 2.5/4.0
• Manage measurement reports, sealing sample comparisons, and wash test verifications
• Audit factories for compliance: metal detection, needle policy, documentation, labelling
• Escalate non-conformances; initiate root-cause analysis with suppliers
• Liaise with UK quality/technical teams for feedback loops and CAPs (Corrective Action Plans)
• Mentor local QC team in export requirements and documentation
• Track rework percentages, fail rates, and reporting KPIs
  
  

About You

• 7+ years QC experience in export production (fashion sector)
• Deep knowledge of ASOS, UO, Inditex, or similar compliance
• Strong command of English for written reports and calls with UK team
• Excel/Google Sheets + QC software familiarity
• Able to train and build junior QC capability
• Strong attention to compliance, detail, and proactive risk management
