Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Strong frontend experience with Next.js.
• Strong backend experience with Go and/or Java.
• Solid understanding of architecture, API development, databases, and scalable apps.
• Able to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines with code quality.
• Strong ownership to drive from requirements to delivery.
• Experience in code review, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving systems.
• Good communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Available to join ASAP or on short notice.
• Willing to work full onsite (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Next.js, Go, and/or Java.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop APIs, backend services, and frontend features.
• Perform code reviews to maintain standards, quality, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production incidents.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, QA, and other engineers throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in system design and solution architecture discussions.
• Estimate effort, prioritize tasks, and deliver features on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and development processes.
