Job summary

Trigyn Technologies seeks a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-native AI infrastructures, retrieval pipelines, and AI orchestration engines for evidence-grounded document review. You will work with Azure AI Search, Foundry, and IDP tools to create robust, citation-validated solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership of AI teams, integration across Azure services, and secure, scalable backend systems for enterprise-grade document processing and review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack AI and software engineering, with leadership experience in AI and NLP, CV, and large data systems.
• Deep expertise in RAG architecture, vector search, and enterprise search platforms using Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and embedding models.

Responsibilities

• Develop page-aware, structure-preserving extraction pipelines using Azure AI Document Intelligence for complex safeguard documents to enable precise page-level citations.
• Architect and deploy the Review Orchestration Runtime using Azure Container Apps and Azure Service Bus for asynchronous processing and status tracking.
• Design and configure dual Azure AI Search indexes with hybrid retrieval to separate submitted evidence from framework references.
• Build and fine-tune Microsoft Foundry prompt templates and structured JSON output schemas with version stamping.
• Implement citation validation to ensure AI findings are grounded in retrieved sources before persistence.
• Design and maintain the Dataverse data model for Review Runs, Rule Versions, AI Findings, and Evidence, enabling ISMS and Power Platform integration.
• Configure security, identity, and observability controls using Microsoft Entra ID, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Collaborate with product owners and safeguard specialists to architect, build, and test full-stack AI components and backend services.
• Lead AI/ML engineering initiatives and guide senior teams toward production-grade deployments.
