Job summary

DOKU, a leading payments company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and treasury activities while driving data-driven decision making across business units. You will own forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional data partnerships to support strategic insights and operational planning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel and BI skills, and experience with digital finance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling.
• Experience with PowerPoint and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.
• 5+ years of financial/business analysis experience, preferably in investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory.
• Experience with digital finance tech, automation, and visualization.
• Experience with financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts.
• Budget responsibilities for operations/projects/resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and treasury activities for the company.
• Analyze revenue and cost drivers for business units.
• Own end-to-end analysis and deep-dives of key metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to source data and develop recommendations.
• Lead annual forecast and budget planning cycles.
• Develop and own financial models for budgeting and long-term planning.
• Improve ERP reporting and automated forecasting processes.
• Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports and forecasts.
• Support CFO with board and leadership presentations.
• Act as BU partner with Financial Reporting & Operations teams.
