Job summary
GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta invites a senior Flutter engineer to join the Merchant App Flutter team.
You will focus on feature development and engineering optimization for the merchant app, delivering high-quality solutions for merchants and scaling tools for millions of users. This onsite role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Flutter experience, proficiency in MVVM or reactive state management, testing, CI/CD, and a passion for mentoring teammates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Flutter engineering experience
- Ability to design with MVVM or similar reactive patterns
- Experience with performance optimization and app metrics
- Experience writing unit/integration tests and collaborating with QA
- Experience owning end-to-end feature delivery and releases
- Mentor teammates and stay updated on mobile development trends
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance merchant app features to improve workflows and UX
- Design scalable programming solutions using MVVM or similar patterns
- Analyze and optimize app performance, battery, storage, and response times
- Write robust unit and integration tests; collaborate with QA during releases
- Maintain features, fix bugs, and ensure long-term performance goals
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical mobile issues
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AI tools used in development
