Pt Abishar Technologies Indonesia, a rapidly scaling FinTech startup based in Bekasi, seeks a Senior Full-stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React. You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from backend services to dynamic user interfaces, in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will design robust APIs, build responsive UI components, and optimize performance for security and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and backend frameworks like Express.js.
• Expertise in frontend development with React.js, including state management (Redux/Context API).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and Git version control.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement efficient APIs for frontend-backend communication.
• Build responsive, interactive UIs with React.js and related libraries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define requirements.
• Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selections.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
