Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd is seeking a frontend-focused developer to own the delivery of analytics-style applications. You will contribute to the frontend using React.js, work with Node.js on the backend, and ensure robust UI that consumes RESTful APIs.

You will work onsite in Bandung, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in reviews to drive development quality and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in React.js for frontend development.
Experience in backend development with any programming language, and willingness to learn or work with Node.js.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and oral English.
Available to work full-time and onsite at Bandung office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the next generation of analytics products using React.js and Node.js.
Create dynamic, data-driven user interfaces by integrating with RESTful APIs.
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, focusing on load times and overall application performance.
Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.
Utilise version control systems (GIT) to manage and collaborate on code effectively.
Debug and benchmark applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Work independently, structuring timelines and taking ownership of tasks.
