Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst with a strong background in accounting or audit to join the Acclime Atlas team. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between financial subject-matter expertise and data analytics—helping ensure our insights are grounded, accurate, and relevant to decision-makers.

You will work closely with local finance teams across Asia, our Group Finance team, and the Data Engineering team to design, test, and deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform reconciliations between financial datasets, including local ledgers, invoice systems, and consolidated reports
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and understand business context
  • Analyse key financial metrics such as revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, cost allocations, and client profitability
  • Design and propose new financial metrics that better reflect operational realities and drive smarter decisions
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, with support from our data engineering team
  • Participate in meetings with senior stakeholders, including Group Finance and Country Heads
  • Translate analytical findings into clear and concise outputs for executive use
  • Contribute to improving data quality and governance practices within the Atlas project
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA / CA qualification (mandatory)
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A roles
  • Proven experience with multi-entity structures, consolidated financials, and complex intercompany relationships
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence to work directly with senior finance stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying structured datasets (preferred)
  • Experience in professional services, shared services, or M&A environments (preferred)
