Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely plant financial analysis reports to provide clear visibility into the performance of each business unit.
Conduct variance analysis against budget and rolling forecasts, and present findings to senior management.
Collaborate closely with operations to analyze the end-to-end production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track the impact of implemented improvements.
Perform in-depth analysis of cost structures to uncover risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reports on cost and expense management.
Lead cost standardization efforts and continuously improve the cost control and management processes.
Participate in the annual budgeting process and support ongoing budget monitoring and management activities.
Support ad-hoc financial projects and other assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or cost control within a manufacturing plant environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), BI tools, and SAP system.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
