We offer fast and secure money transfer solutions and innovative lending opportunities to facilitate seamless domestic transactions for our merchants. Currently, we are seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team.

Job Description:

As the Senior Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of controllership including but not limited to revenue assurance and bookkeeping for all overall activities in the Company. You will ensure accuracy and consistency in the records and ensure compliance and control are properly in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end control over Inventory, ensure the reconciliation prepared by the Ops Team is accurate and matched with 3rd party data, inventory movement applies the FIFO method, and the cash received from sales is in line with the bank.
  • Understand the business process and determine the revenue and cost implications.
  • Work closely with other functions to receive accurate data on a timely basis.
  • Participate in monthly and yearly financial closing processes, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with GAAP.
  • Prepare reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, raise and follow up on any issues, and resolve open items with relevant functions during reconciliation.
  • Document all supporting data, documents, and calculations properly for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process with clean opinion results.
  • Review processes and suggest improvements to speed up the closing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2 years in an Auditor role.
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Standards.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation.
  • Ability to gather and communicate data logically and accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle Netsuite is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
