University Degree in Finance and Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience as a FA Senior Manager in the manufacturing industry
Conversant in English
CPA qualification will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets, including preparation of periodic forecasts
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) and communicate findings to staff
- Assist in preparing year-end financial reports for audit
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Process vendor payments and check requests
- Manage employee reimbursements and credit card charges
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding budgets, deposits, disbursements, and grant reporting
- Assist in reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts monthly/quarterly
- Process payroll and report payroll taxes
- Perform basic office management duties as required
