Job summary

ZALORA SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Business Partner to coordinate financial planning and management reporting to deliver timely, forward-looking insights that drive disciplined cost management across G&A, tech costs, and other operating expenses.

You will collaborate with People & Culture on payroll costs and headcount forecasting, develop driver-based cost models, and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience.
• CPA/ACCA/ICAEW preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Advanced Excel with large data set manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial planning and management reporting processes for accurate, timely insights.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to align payroll costs and headcount forecasts.
• Analyze cost streams, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, driver-based models, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare cost performance reports, headcount analysis, and vendor spend breakdowns.
