Job summary

This role involves assisting with the company's FAT compliance, supervising accounting records, and preparing financial reconciliations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Taxes and have experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accurate Online is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior FAT with over 1 year of experience or Staff FAT with a minimum of 3 years.
• Brevet certificate (A & B) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in Independent Audit or Tax Consultant firm is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compliance with the company's FAT obligations and tax assessments.
• Supervise accounting records related to AP, AR, and other transactions.
• Prepare tax reconciliations for monthly and annual reporting.

Job Description

As the Senior Finance, Accounting and Tax (FAT), you will be responsible for assisting the Company’s FAT compliance and other accounting and tax assessments as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information and handle the payment process across departments, including the necessary Treasury process to the Banks (Cek/Giro).
• Supervise the accounting records regarding AP, AR, Advance, and other relevant transactions (BS/PL) and liaise with cross-department/site.
• Gather information and handle the tax compliance, including as appointed admin in Coretax, such as Income Taxes, Withholding Taxes, and VAT.
• Prepare reconciliations related to Banks, AP/AR, Advance, Inventory, Accruals, and/or relevant accounts in the balance sheet.
• Prepare all tax reconciliations for monthly and annual reporting purposes.
• Prepare the financial summary (such as Aging, Summary, worksheet, etc) related to the balance account and for the annual report preparation needs.
• Report to the FAT Manager as necessary.
