About the role

Sister Company PT SELALU NIA DALLE', a leading provider of accounting and financial services, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Accounting to join our team on a contract basis. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Providing expert guidance and support to the finance and accounting teams
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to improve financial processes and controls
• Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assisting with the preparation of audit-ready documentation
• Mentoring and training junior members of the finance and accounting teams

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within a large or complex organisation
• Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Proven ability to analyse financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in using financial software and data analysis tools
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA)
