Job description

Lead and manage all aspects of the Finance & Accounting department, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Oversee daily cash management, cash flow management, and financial closing processes.

Effectively communicate with auditors during financial closing.

Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to monitor and optimize profitability.

Manage credit control functions, including screening and setting credit limits.

Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a lead or senior manager in a Finance or Accounting department.

Proven experience working in a F&B company for over 5 years.

Fluent business-level English communication skills (written and spoken).
