Job description

As a Senior Finance Accounting, you will:

Plan, develop, and manage finance and accounting policies and system management.

Prepare, review, monitor, and manage budgets (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually).

Conduct financial planning and analysis to support decision-making on investments, expansion, and operations.

Oversee accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.

Manage cash flow, account balances, receivables, and payables.

Work closely with the Sales Team to track deal information, IT project invoicing, and payment milestones.

Monitor IT Project costing (Plan Vs Actual) variance analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing with the correct supporting documents (PO, Agreements, BAST, Invoice, Timesheets, etc.).

Monitor and operate the company’s bank account, track payments, and update relevant stakeholders.

Process vendor and consultant payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.

Coordinate financial, accounting, and tax reporting with external finance consulting firms.

Manage petty cash, bookkeeping activities, and payment controls.

Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders (Monthly).

Maintain proper financial documentation (both hardcopy and softcopy).

Utilize Xero Accounting software for financial management and reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum five years of experience in Senior Finance Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations (PPh21, PPh23, PPh4.2, PPh26, PPN, etc.), and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero.

Experience in financial operations for IT projects, particularly in invoicing, payment tracking, and milestone management.

Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Highly organized, independent, and proactive in financial management.

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university.

Ability to work transparently, honestly, and collaboratively with company management.

Willing to commit to the company long-term and grow within the organization.

Must Have:

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).

Strong knowledge and experience with Xero Accounting software.

Proven ability to manage financial documentation, invoicing, and tax compliance.

Experience in cash flow management, financial reporting, and accounting controls.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High levels of enthusiasm and be a team player to work with all departement leaders.
