Job summary

Fuller Technologies invites a senior Field Service Engineer to lead complex installations and maintenance across heavy industrial processes in South East Asia, including Jakarta, Bangkok and Manila. You will guide cross-functional field teams, conduct advanced diagnostics, and drive customer-focused service growth.

The role requires 8+ years in cement or related industries, strong English, and willingness to travel extensively with immediate dispatch readiness.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
8+ years in heavy industrial environments, cement sector or related continuous-process industries.
Willingness to travel extensively and be dispatched on short notice.

Responsibilities

Lead field execution for complex installations, commissioning, shutdowns, and optimization projects.
Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary field teams; oversee site deputation, shift scheduling, and team utilization.
Inspect, install, commission, and troubleshoot heavy equipment (Kiln, Coolers, VRMs).
Plan and execute turnkey maintenance and installation projects from preparation through SAT.
Provide ongoing feedback to Sales, Engineering, and Procurement on equipment performance and site conditions.
Ensure safety, quality, and timely reporting, including MOMs and field expense submissions.
