SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER/MANAGER/FASHION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Senior Fashion Designer with management and organizational skills, fashion business development experience, specializing in fashion design or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Required skills include management and organizational skills, scheduling to meet deadlines, budgeting, trend research, creating seasonal capsule collections, technical specifications, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Optitex, team management, liaising with vendors, pattern making, grading, knowledge of sewing techniques, production processes, material merchandising, quality control, and coordinating with marketing teams.
• Responsibilities include managing and organizing teams from design to sample room, reporting to the CEO/Creative Director, and assisting the marketing team.
