SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER/MANAGER/FASHION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Senior Fashion Designer with management and organizational skills, fashion business development experience, specializing in fashion design or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Required skills include: management and organizational skills, schedule management to meet deadlines, budgeting, trend research, creating seasonal capsule collections, technical specifications, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Optitex pattern and grading software, team management, vendor liaising, pattern making, grading, knowledge of sewing techniques, production processes, material merchandising, quality control, and collaboration with marketing teams.
• Responsibilities include managing and organizing teams from design to sample room, coordinating with the CEO/Creative Director, and supporting marketing campaigns.
