Join a leading facilities management company in Singapore as a Senior Facilities Engineer or Assistant Facilities Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimize the performance of mechanical, electrical, and building systems in the Central Region. With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, you'll lead a team of technical professionals and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of various facilities.
Lead and supervise: Guide a team of technical officers, executives, and technicians in facilities management activities.
Troubleshoot and analyze: Investigate and determine root causes of M&E breakdowns, reporting faults effectively.
Manage M&E systems: Collaborate with Technical Executives to ensure efficient M&E facilities performance.
Coordinate maintenance: Oversee installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of various building systems.
Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare documentation: Create quotations and monthly reports, attending meetings as required.
Educational background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant Facilities Maintenance disciplines.
Experience: Bring 6-7 years of Singapore experience in facilities management or similar roles.
Technical knowledge: Demonstrate strong understanding of building systems, including ACMV, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
Analytical skills: Possess effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Communication: Show strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Regulatory awareness: Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Sustainability focus: Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
