Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations and support departments to identify organizational training needs.
• Design, manage, and deliver in-house training programs for staff and executives, including soft skills, orientation, and ad-hoc programs as requested.
• Analyze, select, and apply various methodologies and technologies to address specific training and learning needs, and assess the execution of training processes.
• Implement and monitor training assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure training calendars, programs, systems, and policies are regularly updated for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or classroom teaching.
• Certificates in CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or other English language teaching certifications.
• Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is preferred.
• Experience in designing, managing, delivering, and evaluating training programs is essential.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Self-motivated with strong project, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
