Job description

We are looking for a Senior Executive Tax to join our team at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP Fashion1) in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's taxation function.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns and other tax documents to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Providing tax planning and advisory services to the business, identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficient tax management.
• Liaising with tax authorities and representing the company in tax audits and investigations.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations and advising the business accordingly.
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting.
• Mentoring and training more junior members of the tax team.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a tax advisory or compliance role, preferably within a large organisation or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non‑tax professionals.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and reporting, including preparing tax returns and working with tax authorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
