A leading retail and e-commerce company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage customer orders in the warehouse management system. Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, picking items accurately, and handling returns. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, proficient Excel skills, and strong organizational abilities. This role requires working on-site at the warehouse.
Receiving customer orders from the online platform and processing them within the warehouse management system.
Maintaining accurate stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and identifying potential stock shortages.
Selecting the correct products from inventory based on customer orders, carefully packing them according to packaging guidelines, and generating shipping labels.
Performing quality checks on products before packing to ensure they are in proper condition.
Arranging shipment pick-ups with delivery carriers and generating shipping labels.
Handling customer returns, inspecting returned items, and processing refunds or exchanges.
Recording order details, tracking shipment status, and updating inventory records in the system.
