Job Description
Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns across B2C platforms.
Collaborate with media agencies to design and implement 360° integrated marketing buys that align with AirAsia Indonesia’s business goals.
Drive campaign performance across owned channels and routes to meet direct sales targets.
Create campaign concepts, including creative direction, EDM, and landing pages, and prepare clear and concise briefs based on campaign objectives.
Support marketing analytics to optimize direct online sales through airasia.com and the AirAsia MOVE app.
Benchmark campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to drive direct traffic and improve sales efficiency.
Leverage data insights to guide media buying strategies and support decision-making with both internal stakeholders and agency partners.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand management, with the ability to propose copy, strategic approaches, and creative direction in support of overall brand plans.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics, and be responsible for compiling and presenting post-campaign reports.
Coordinate with the PR/media team for campaign announcements and press releases.
Work with the creative team to develop marketing assets and merchandise that align with market needs.
Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency and alignment when working with external parties.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Prior experience in KOL management or having existing industry contacts is a strong advantage.
Support commercial planning efforts by identifying and driving growth from new or ad-hoc opportunities.
Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., tourism boards) on joint marketing initiatives to expand reach and exposure.
Execute campaigns that align with Sales & Distribution (S&D) strategies, including travel fair planning and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
Preferably has experience in the airline, OTA, hospitality, or FMCG industries — especially in marketing, sales campaigns, or travel distribution.
Commercially driven with a strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and branding.
Capable of managing multiple strategic and tactical projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A passion for travel and an appreciation for diverse cultures.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with excellent presentation abilities.
Able to work independently under pressure while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
