Job summary

Eastspring Investments is looking for a Senior Executive to support and execute the distribution of DPLK products through internal and external channels. The role emphasizes sales support, partner coordination, and regulatory compliance to drive growth in DPLK participation.

The candidate will manage distribution strategies by segment and channel, oversee onboarding of corporate DPLK participants, and collaborate with Operations to ensure data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or asset management preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of DPLK (Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan) distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of DPLK distribution strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own DPLK sales targets, net fund flows, and AUM growth contributions.
• Coordinate distribution channels: corporate plans, individual participants, banks, brokers, consultants, and direct sales.

Key Accountabilities

The Senior Executive - DPLK Distribution is responsible for supporting and executing the distribution of DPLK (Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan) products through internal and external channels. The role focuses on sales support, partner coordination, , and compliance to ensure effective growth of DPLK participation.

• Support execution of DPLK distribution strategies in line with business objectives
• Own DPLK sales targets, net fund flows, and contribution to long‑term AUM growth, including responsibility for pipeline development, conversion, number of participating employers and participants, retention and client onboarding outcomes.
• Execute distribution strategies by segment and channel, including corporate/employer plans, individual participants, banks, brokers, consultants, direct sales, etc.
• Support onboarding and servicing of corporate DPLK participants, and liaise with DPLK Operations Team to ensure documentation and data accuracy are properly handled
• Accountable for commercial outcomes of the DPLK business, including pricing principles, fee strategy, and key commercial negotiations within approved authority limits.
• Ensure that sales and marketing activities are conducted ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements and that all marketing materials and distribution activities are accurate, educational, and not misleading, with a strong focus on suitability and participant understanding
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, OJK regulations, and governance requirements, including proper documentation and audit trails
• Ensure sales conduct, disclosure standards, and client education requirements are embedded across all DPLK distribution activities.
