Senior Executive - Cross Border Supply Chain

Senior Executive responsible for daily ID Import Operations, including inbound shipment management, customs declaration and clearance, and related documentation for imports clearance. Works to ensure compliance with Indonesian customs (HS classification, valuation, documentation, restricted goods) and INSW processes. Collaborates with 1st mile 3PL, customs broker, and import inspection company; liaises with other departments regarding cross-border issues and activities; leads process improvement and cost-saving initiatives; provides data related to cross-border import.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• In charge of the daily ID Import Operations.
• Manage inbound shipment, customs declaration and clearance, and other required documents for imports clearance.
• In charge of ID HS code determination for imported Zalora ID products.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs (HS classification, valuation, documentation, restricted goods) and INSW processes.
• Work closely with 1st mile 3PL, customs broker, and Import inspection company.
• Liase with other department regarding to cross border issues and activities.
• Lead Process Improvement and Cost Saving initiatives
• To provide data related to cross border import.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ID Import Customs Operations.
• Understand the current ID Customs Regulations and HS Code determination.
• Hold PPJK certificates would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, detail oriented and multitasking skills
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Office, and SAP are more preferrable)
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations, Logistics, or a similar field.
• Fluency in English.
