Job summary

Qualifications

• BPharm degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in sterile facilities.
• Experience with CAPA, audits and regulatory inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sterile area shopfloor rounds and CAPA actions.
• Monitoring and tracking of compliance actions arising from regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with corporate compliance group and implement global CAPA.
• Carry out internal site audits and support external audits.
• Monitor and facilitate vendor qualification of critical consumables.
• Facilitate, review and monitor cross-functional investigations for critical issues.
• Support for major health authority inspections at site and provide input to inspection responses and CAPA completions.
• Gap assessment of guidelines and external learnings with implementation along with cross-functional team support.

• Sterile area Shopfloor rounds and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions
• Monitoring and tracking of various compliance actions arises due to regulatory inspections and internal\customers audits.
• Collaborate with corporate compliance group and implement global CAPA.
