Job summary

UN Women Indonesia Office seeks an experienced events consultant to support the planning and execution of targeted events. You will manage invitations, confirmations, venue and hotel arrangements, and assist in preparing bidding documents and settlement reports.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, with English as an asset. This is a consultancy role with the UN Women Indonesia Office, designed for event-based engagements during the contract period.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate all aspects of event management, including venue, accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Experience developing event reports for narrative and financial sections is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia communications.

Responsibilities

• Support event planning from invitation stage to event wrap-up.
• Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking, hotel and venue bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare supporting documents for bidding, payment, and settlement reports.
• Assist project team in event execution at the location and ensure compliance with UN Women policies.
