Senior Estimating & Civil Engineer Strategic & Planning

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimating & Civil Engineer to join our strategic and planning team at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert civil engineering and estimating support for our large-scale projects in Sumbawa Barat, West Nusa Tenggara.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive cost estimates and feasibility analyses for civil engineering projects
• Designing and developing detailed construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and recommending innovative solutions to improve project efficiency
• Reviewing and approving engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documents
• Providing technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or a similar industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale, complex projects
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office suite
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent is preferred
