Job summary

PT Remala Abadi is seeking a Sustainability and ESG specialist to develop and implement the company’s sustainability and ESG programs across all operations. You will monitor performance, collect and analyze ESG data, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive initiatives to reduce emissions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support audits and external reporting aligned with major frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and SDGs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s sustainability and ESG programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate sustainability performance and KPIs.
• Collect, analyze, and manage ESG-related data, including energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions.
• Prepare periodic sustainability and ESG reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Develop and implement initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and the company’s environmental footprint.
• Manage programs related to waste management, energy efficiency, water conservation, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and support internal and external ESG audits.
• Support sustainability reporting based on relevant frameworks and standards such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Monitor global sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
