A leading mineral mining company in Nusa Tenggara Barat is seeking an Environmental Social and Governance Analyst to support ESG data management and compliance. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8-10 years of experience in ESG-related areas, particularly within the mining sector. This role involves coordinating audits, preparing reports, and engaging with local communities for sustainable development initiatives.
Supportthecollection,validation,andanalysisofESG-relateddatafromvariousdepartments.
AssistinthepreparationofESGreportsanddocumentationbasedondefinedframeworksandregulatoryrequirements.
ContributetothedevelopmentandimplementationofESGpolicies,procedures,andcomplianceprograms.
CoordinatewithinternalteamstopromoteESGawarenessandsupporttheidentificationofESG-relatedrisks.
ConductbenchmarkingandmaintainawarenessofESGtrends,reportingstandards,andstakeholderexpectations.
PrepareroutineESGperformancesummariesanddashboardsforinternalandexternalstakeholders.
AssistinthecoordinationofESG-relatedaudits,assessments,andexternaldisclosures.
DeliverESG-relatedtrainingmaterialsandawarenesssessionstorelevantdepartments.
SuperviseandsupportsubordinateESG,riskandsustainabilityteammemberswiththeirtasks.
RecommendopportunitiesforimprovingESGreportingaccuracyandefficiency,includingtheuseofdigitaltoolsorautomationwhereappropriate.
Supporttheimplementationofmanagementsystemsdevelopedinaccordancewiththerelevantstandards,includingISO9001/14001/31001/45001/50001.
Monitorandreportonenvironmentalperformanceindicators(e.g.,emissions,wateruse,biodiversityimpact).
Collaboratewithconstructionandoperationstoreduceenvironmentalfootprintandpromotecirculareconomypractices.
Conductenvironmentalriskassessmentsandsupportmitigationplanning.
Social,incollaborationwithourSocialImpactandExternalRelationsteams
Engagewithlocalcommunitiestounderstandneedsandsupportsustainabledevelopmentprograms.
CoordinatesocialimpactassessmentsandensurecompliancewithAMDAL(EnvironmentalImpactAnalysis)

What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’sdegree(Master’sdegreepreferred)inEnvironmentalScience,Sustainability,SocialSciences,MiningEngineering,Business,orarelatedfield;
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or related areas. Mineral mining industry background preferred.
Strong knowledge in ESG data collection and validation aligned with GRI, SASB, or TCFD standards; Ability to interpret ESG regulations and integrate them into compliance and operational practices; Proficient in ESG data management tools and platforms; Skilled in preparing ESG reports, conducting ESG benchmarking, and tracking regulatory developments; Capable of delivering ESG awareness materials and supporting training programs; Analytical mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
ESG or Sustainability Reporting certification (such as GRI Certified Training) is an advantage; Environmental or compliance-related certifications are desirable;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
