Senior ERP System Analyst

We are seeking a Senior ERP System Analyst to manage and oversee our company's ERP system. This role requires someone who can ensure the system runs smoothly, address user concerns, provide training, and collaborate on system improvements. Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the company’s ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
2. Identify and resolve anomalies or errors made by users within the system.
3. Document user requests for system improvements, along with other relevant system documentation.
4. Implement system improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
5. Provide training to new employees on system usage and workflows within the company.
6. Communicate system changes and train employees on updates or modifications to the system.
7. Serve as the point of contact between employees and management for system improvement requests or user concerns.
8. Coordinate with the ERP vendor for system-related questions or requests.
9. In the future, if the company decides to implement new systems beyond ERP, you will be expected to design systems based on user needs and company requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (SI), Information Technology (IT), or Accounting.
2. Experience with Odoo ERP systems is a plus.
3. Knowledge of coding, particularly in Python and HTML, is an advantage.
4. Fluent in English, as this role will involve communication with external vendors and stakeholders.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7. Eagerness to learn new things and grow in the field of ERP and systems management.
8. Ability to process and convey large amounts of information in a digestible format for different audiences.
