Job summary

Kredivo Group in Jakarta seeks a Senior Security Engineer to lead day-to-day Enterprise Security work and own the security of endpoints, identity, SaaS, network and cloud. You will guide junior security engineers and collaborate with IT, DevOps and Engineering across Indonesia and internationally during incidents.

The role emphasizes zero trust, secure-by-default architecture, vulnerability management, patch automation, and IAM controls. Strong English communication and mentoring are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in cyberdefense security, ideally fintech or startup.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, vulnerability and patch management, DLP, network security.
• Knowledge of IAM (SSO, SCIM, MFA) and cloud hardening.
• Strong scripting skills and ability to automate security ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security BAU and projects; set team roadmap.
• Mentor SDE-1/SDE-2 engineers; review configurations and remediation work.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and SLA tracking across endpoints.
• Design and enforce IAM controls; apply zero-trust principles.
