Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 10+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, with 4 years leading medium-to-large engineering teams.
• Experience in high-scale environments: high traffic, distributed or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps, various database technologies, and security & reliability practices.
• Strong in strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle conflict, work under pressure, and adapt to rapid changes.
• Data-driven, systematic, and results-oriented.
• Nice to Have: experience in e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, fintech, or large-scale platform industries.
• Nice to Have: large-scale digital transformation or system modernization projects.
• Nice to Have: PMP, Scrum Master, or Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term business vision and product roadmap into measurable technology strategies and architectures.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects, managing priorities, dependencies, and risks; ensure Agile adoption.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the system architecture; conduct critical design reviews.
• Champion SRE/DevOps practices, lead incident management and debt reduction for long-term stability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple software engineering teams.
• Act as strategic partner between Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
