A leading semiconductor company in Batam seeks a Customer Support Application Engineer to assist customers in product design, resolving technical issues with embedded systems and microcontrollers. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years of experience and deep understanding of embedded hardware and software debugging. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative automotive solutions and drive decarbonization and digitalization efforts.
As a Customer Support Application Engineer (CAE) you will solve customers hiccups in their product design phases, from feasibility study to issues found in the field, using Infineon Automotive Microcontroller, TRAVEO T2G. You will work as a trusted hands-on technical advisor for customers to use Infineon microcontrollers in automotive industry, such as instrument clusters and automotive body electronics architecture.
