Job summary

Aurecon Indonesia is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Built Environment team in Jakarta. You will lead electrical design and deliver for building and infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

With 8+ years in building electrical design and a track record in data centres, you will mentor colleagues, manage client relationships, and help translate complex engineering concepts into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required with 8+ years in building electrical design.
• Experience in data centres preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong engineering consulting and client management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical designs, calculations, and documentation for complex buildings.
• Plan projects and coordinate resources for small to mid-sized scopes.
• Lead technical meetings and feasibility studies.
• Review designs and provide design reviews for electrical proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and authorities from concept to site.
