N Human Resources & Management Systems is partnering with a leading Singapore veterinary hospital to recruit a Senior ECC Veterinary Nurse. This on-site role welcomes applicants relocatING from Bogor, Indonesia, offering a 4-day work week, 12‑hour shifts, and EMP sponsorship for eligible candidates.

The successful candidate will have a veterinary nursing degree and at least seven years in the field, with leadership experience and strong English communication. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in veterinary technology or a related nursing qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the veterinary industry.
• Leadership experience of 3+ years is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assist with new case admissions.
• Assist with anaesthesia monitoring and recovery for emergencies.
• Support emergency veterinarians in inpatient and ICU care.
• Monitor ICU patients and radiographs as needed.
• Prepare patients for surgery and manage postoperative care.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners and team members.
• Attend rounds and pursue ongoing education via literature.
• Mentor junior nurses and maintain high standards of care.

Location: Singapore (on-site) | Openings: 4 | Salary: SGD 6,000 – 8,000 per month
Work pattern: 4-day work week, 12-hour shifts (Day 7am–7pm / Night 7pm–7am), including weekends and public holidays

About the opportunity
Our client is Singapore's leading independent specialist and referral veterinary hospital, with specialists across surgery, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology and exotic companion mammals, supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technology. Its 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) department is fully equipped and staffed by experienced veterinarians and nurses. The hospital is hiring four Senior ECC Veterinary Nurses, reporting to the Head of Department.

What you'll do

• Triage and assist with new case admissions
• Assist with anaesthesia monitoring and recovery of emergency cases
• Support the emergency veterinarians in the care and treatment of in-patients, including ICU cases
• Monitor critical patients in the ICU ward
• Take radiographs and restrain patients for examination and treatment
• Prepare patients for surgery, manage post-operative bandaging and recovery, and handle discharges
• Communicate clearly and kindly with pet owners
• Attend in-patient rounds and keep learning through continuing education, books and journals
• Train junior nurses and patient care assistants, and uphold high standards of patient care

What you’ll bring

• A degree or diploma in veterinary technology, or a relevant veterinary nursing qualification
• At least 7 years of work experience in the veterinary industry
• Leadership experience (3+ years) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good spoken and written English
