Develop sales and promotion strategies to increase traffic and conversion on the e-commerce platform, both on the company website and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Conduct sales data analysis, market trend analysis, and customer behavior analysis to formulate strategies for sales improvement.
Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including overseeing product management, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions to ensure an attractive and informative presentation.
Be responsible for SWOT analysis reports for various marketplaces and company objectives.
Identify, research, analyze, and interpret brand presence on marketplaces/online channels.
Be responsible for gathering market and competitor information.
Coordinate with the marketing team to manage advertising and promotional campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Manage relationships with external parties such as logistics partners, customer service, and Account Managers (RM) to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Handle and resolve customer issues related to online transactions, including returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
Create regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement to achieve set targets.
Ensure optimal stock availability and collaborate with the production team to streamline the goods delivery process.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, particularly in online sales supervision and strategy.
In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) as well as the algorithms used by each platform.
Data analysis skills and experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace analytics, or other relevant tools.
Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.
Skills in negotiation and relationship management with third parties such as vendors, logistics providers, etc.
Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling customer complaints and operational issues.
