Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong focus on Rooms sales, including familiarity with budgets and sales reports.

Job description

Our client is an international hospitality company that is expanding its business.

This position will be based in Bali, overseeing 2 different 5* resorts.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Strong focus on Rooms sales
  • Experience working in 5-star international chain hotels
  • Luxury resort experience
  • Well experienced in wholesalers, with good exposure to Groups & MICE
  • Strong previous exposure to main markets such as Australia, USA, Singapore, etc.
  • Lifestyle experience
  • Has attended roadshows
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with budgets, sales reports, targets, and market segments
  • Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
  • Able and willing to travel for trade shows or fairs
  • Excellent tactical and strategic skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Wide network of contacts
