Digital Strategies: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support company objectives, enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads.

Content Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal marketing and external agencies, to create and optimize digital content across channels such as social media, websites, email, and advertising.

Campaign Management: Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, making adjustments to improve performance.

Analytics and Optimization: Use advanced analytics tools to monitor digital marketing performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, evaluate their benefits, and recommend new tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Foster a creative, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and cross-functional teamwork.

Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports, assess ROI, and make informed decisions on resource allocation to meet business goals.

Qualifications and Experience:
