About The Role

This role is responsible for strengthening the execution of content creation across our social media channels, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality messaging that aligns with our growing programs and campaigns. As the organization expands its reach through new partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and platform integrations, we need dedicated capacity to produce engaging content that drives awareness, donor retention, and public trust.

You’ll be turning campaign briefs into compelling visuals and copy—tailored for each platform—while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing for audience engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Content Plans: Create and schedule engaging content (copy, visuals, and short videos) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  2. Adapt Campaign Briefs into Platform-Specific Assets: Translate program and fundraising briefs into tailored content formats optimized for each channel’s audience and behavior.
  3. Coordinate with Creative & Program Teams: Collaborate with designers, video editors, and program leads to ensure content accuracy, alignment with campaign goals, and timely execution.
  4. Monitor Engagement and Optimize Content: Track performance metrics (reach, clicks, engagement) and iterate based on insights to increase impact and audience interaction.
  5. Ensure Brand Consistency and Timeliness: Maintain wecare.id’s tone and visual identity across all digital channels while meeting content deadlines in line with campaign timelines.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 Years of Experience in Digital Content Creation: Proven track record of managing and executing content across multiple social media platforms, with measurable results in engagement and reach.
  • Strong Creative and Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling captions, adapt campaign messaging, and ideate content concepts that resonate with diverse digital audiences.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Tools & Analytics: Familiarity with scheduling tools, social media insights, and digital performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics) to guide content optimization.
  • Collaborative, Creative, and Detail-Oriented: Experience working cross-functionally with designers, KOLs, video editors, and program teams, while managing multiple content deadlines.
  • Understanding of Nonprofit or Cause-Based Campaigns: Bonus if the candidate has experience in social impact, fundraising, or nonprofit sectors, with an awareness of storytelling for public engagement.
