Job description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT. Tenaga Kanggo Indonesia. As a Senior Digital Marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's online presence and digital marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Management Team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and overall business objectives. This full-time position is based in BSD City, Tangerang.

Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine our digital marketing approach

Manage and optimise all digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, UAC, and display advertising

Monitor, analyze & report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies & improve ROI.

Construct end-to-end KOL campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs.

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging, high-performing digital assets

Monitor, respond and engage with our audience on social media channels.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Mentor and provide guidance to more junior members of the digital marketing team

Requirements:

Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced, competitive industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven digital marketing campaigns, with a portfolio of successful digital campaigns.

Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing best practices

Proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads and other tools.

Proficiency in using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer and other performance tracking software, to measure and report on marketing performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Willing to work-from-office located in BSD City, Kabupaten Tangerang.
