Job description

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to align deployment strategies and improve software delivery cycles.

Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.

Maintain and support containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.

Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and tools across the organization.

Document workflows, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Qualifications

Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

Experience: Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or software development (2+ years preferred).

CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker Swarm, or Nexus.

Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Scripting and Programming: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.

Security Practices: Knowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability scanning, and identity/access management.

Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a preference for experience in mobile banking applications.

Strong Communication Skills: Capable of communicating technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive and Driven: Takes initiative to improve systems proactively, identifying areas for optimization.
