Job summary

Universitas Ciputra Surabaya seeks an experienced design educator to lead Apple platform UI/UX sessions, blending theory with hands-on practice. You will mentor learners, translate ideas into real-world designs, and guide ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and user research.

You will establish design standards, contribute to curriculum modules, stay current with trends, and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior design role or 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX or app design.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, including prototyping, usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or empower learners and teams to reach their full potential.
• Strong understanding of Apple platform design principles and ecosystem.
• Ability to navigate and collaborate across design and engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced and iterative environments.
