Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and design strategies based on project requirements.
• Ensure innovative, functional, and aesthetic design aligned with brand and project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of design presentations, 3D visuals, an
• Translate master plans and feasibility studies into architectural solutions.
• Prepare and manage design planning schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee development of architectural drawings (Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation).
• Evaluate designs for buildability, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines.
• Promote best practices in design, planning, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Minimum 6–8 years in project planning or scheduling roles within construction or architecture sectors
• Proficient in project management tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
• Strong knowledge of construction sequences, methods, and timelines
• Familiarity with design phases (concept to handover)
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
