Job summary

Dexa Group, a leading Indonesian pharmaceutical company, seeks an international markets strategist to drive expansion from Indonesia. You will identify growth opportunities, assess market entry dynamics, and tailor go-to-market plans for each region.

You will collaborate with R&D and Regulatory Affairs to select suitable products for international markets, support due diligence, and assist in post-transaction integration to enable successful growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or commercial strategy.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma or life sciences preferred.
• Pharma industry knowledge is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience Experience in business development or commercial strategy, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
• Prior M&A exposure or experience is a plus
• Prior Big4 experience is a plus
